 Achieving study outcomes requires a dramatic change from specialization to specialization to provide effective learning opportunities for all learners.  If children are to learn and succeed in school, we need children to consider not only cultural diversity but also different social and economic backgrounds and physical, mental and intellectual characteristics.

There should be no fear of discrimination, corporal punishment, abuse or bullying in schools.  In addition teachers need to adopt their teaching functions and pedagogical methods in such a way that all children can participate equally in the learning process.

  The classroom environment should be such that the child can feel happy and relaxed instead of bored, scared or lonely.  It is important to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children (scholars) to support the basic right to education given to all children.  Every child has the right to go to school with their community, teachers and classmates should accept it together and include them in ordinary schools
