Instructions for schools: 
1, Only literature approved by the educational authority authorized by the state government shall be used in schools.  

2. Not to use any literature in primary and secondary schools which is not approved by the state level. 

 3. Some schools use manuals, textbooks, maps, experiment books, essays, etc. published by private publications.  But do not use in schools any literature which is not approved by the state level.  

4. Arrange the school schedule in such a way that students do not have to bring textbooks and notebooks of all subjects every day.  To organize only three or four subject hours per day in which one subject has two consecutive hours.  (Sample Schedule Appendix-4 is included herewith.) 

5. Do not keep separate notebooks for homework and classwork that insist on the same notebook for the subject, which includes both classwork and homework.  

6. As per Rule 126 of the Bombay Primary Education Rules, 1949, no homework is allowed in Std. 1 and 2.  To give half an hour homework to children of standard 3 to 5 and one hour homework in standard 6 and 7 '.  'Giving one hour homework even for standard-8.  There is a provision that every school should implement. 

7. Ideally give the child as much homework as the teacher can systematically check and correct.  If the homework done by each child is checked with accuracy, the teacher will be motivated to give homework according to the rules automatically.  

8. Have the essay written in the notebook of the subject (language) instead of a separate notebook of essay writing.  

9. Adequate and proper drinking water facility for children in school so that children do not have to bring water bottles from home.

Audio Conferencing Room: Explain the meaning of audio conferencing literally: Using audio-visual aids for teaching-learning work to a teacher or expert available at the main resource center who is asked by a student from anywhere in the world or from study centers during the broadcast of that educational program.  

Audio conferencing is the same approach that uses the possibilities that all participants in the program can hear.  To understand audio conferencing try to understand the diagram below.  It is clear from the above diagram that the study center or the student is in contact with each other from their home with the main center.  

Audio conferencing is when educational programs are broadcast by a team of experts or teachers, when the study material from the main center is broadcast in audio format and the messages received from the study centers are in audio or written form.

Looking at the above model it is clear that the commuter can be used as both an input and output tool of audio conferencing.  While traditional audio conferencing involves the use of multiple devices at once.  Thus, audio conferencing / g via internet is user friendly.  Radio technology used for audio conferencing requires technical staff, while audio conferencing can be easily done via the Internet.  

An ICT-based system that connects a group of students geographically to a group of students with a teacher and pedagogy in which the teaching-learning process takes place through multidimensional live interaction, in which all participants can only hear each other, with a computer microphone and speaker.  Many such tools are used.

Meaning: Audio conferencing is a technology that allows people in different places to listen to each other.  Teaching by Audio Conferencing - While doing the study work, the teacher or the subject matter expert presents the content through audio from one of the places.  Students sit in their study center or study room at home and listen to the teacher. 

 The student presents his problem when the need arises.  The teacher or subject specialist present at the main center solves the problem.  Other students involved in audio conferencing also participate in this discussion.
