According to this, a database of information including unique IDs and names of all the children studying in Std. 1 to 12 has to be created, under which the students studying in Std. 1 to 8 from the year 2012-13 Online entry / update tracking is successfully carried out every year from the school level to ensure that the information of all the students studying from 9th to 12th is correct, accurate, error-free, real time and up-to-date information from the school level.

Web / Mobile applications of other departments of Gujarat Government such as Digital Gujarat Portal, ITI Admission, State Examination Board, and CMdashboard Portal launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister provide student data as required through Adhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System (CTS) which Due to the success of the Adhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System (CTS) application.
In addition, from this year 2021-22, Adhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System (CTS) application of the newly admitted students in Std. 1 will be linked with the birth registration application.

In order to make online entry of students newly admitted in Std-1 in Adhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System (CTS) application, a birth certificate has to be kept. In order to make online entry of a child, according to the birth certificate, first the district, taluka and village / city in which the child was born has to be selected.
Then the child’s birth registration number (Regitration No) has to be entered. Or you have to enter the child’s birth certificate number. So that the data from the birth registration application cannot be found and corrected in such a way that the child’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, date of birth, birth registration number and birth certificate number will be automatically entered in the field of CTS. If this data improves, the online entry can be completed by modifying the CTS field.

The following instructions have to be followed from the school level under Aadhaar Dias. In the year 2021-22, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school will have to track the entry of standard 1 from the school login and update the information of all the students of standard 2 to 12.
In the year 2021-22, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school will have to make the entry of Std-1 in English only. For online entry of a student for Std-1 entry, according to the birth certificate, first the district, taluka and village / city in which the child was born has to be selected.

In the year 2021-22, to update the students one by one from Std-1 to Std-12 or to update in bulk, the information of the students can be updated online by clicking on that link.
Displays the RED button if updating and GREEN button if not updated. In the year 2021-22, all the information of the student who has been transferred from Std. 1 to 12 from other schools will be entered by pressing search by entering “18 digit base unique code”, then the student’s new admission number (GR number) and missing student information.
It will be the responsibility of the principal of the school to fill in the information of all the students of the school by filling in. If the students remain in the online entry and evaluation of the marks obtained in the s9ubject as per the test (PAT), semester or other benefits, it will be the sole responsibility of the principal of that school.
The information of all the above students will be updated periodically at online school level and in hardcopy at school level. The principal / headmaster has to get the signature / coins certified by the SMC chairperson and all the forms which are at the school level in file for record. Will remain.
Entry, Updation and Tracking under Adhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System (CTS) must be completed on time by logging in to Government / Granted K Ashram / Private Railway / Military Schools.
