QUALIFICATION

Teaching method: Multi-medium approach has been adopted under BA syllabus.  This means self-study printed materials, audio-visual aids, exercise papers, guidance-counseling sessions and practical work in school as well as workshops.  Printed material: Printed material includes theoretical and practical components of the course.  

 

 

It is given in the form of various sections (compartments).  Each section (block) consists of 3 to 5 units.  Study materials and exercises are delivered by the university to the designated study centers.  This study material will be available to the students at the time of admission.  The University will not be responsible if the student does not receive the study material for any reason.  

 

 

Exercises: Exercises are an integral part of the education system.  Each of the trainees has to prepare three exercises to be evaluated by the tutor (professor) for each theoretical course.  It is compulsory for every trainee to give two exercises theoretical course.  That is, grades of 14 theoretical exercises will be considered with 42 exercises to be prepared, out of which one compulsory experimental exercise will have to be prepared in each subject.  

 

 

These exercises have to be prepared and submitted to the study center by the due date, it is mandatory to pass each exercise.  The student who has failed in the homework assignment will have to rewrite the homework assignment of that subject.  It is mandatory to complete homework and practical work before sitting for the first and second year semester examinations.  Otherwise the result of the exit examination will be canceled.

 

 

Rules of Swadhyay Karya: In the undergraduate courses run by the university, the prescribed Swhyay Karya has to be submitted for continuous evaluation.  Generally students will have to prepare two theoretical and one practical assignment Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) per course.  The student of that course should keep a copy of the Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) assignments and submit the original copy to the study center within the stipulated time.  As well as the assessed homework will have to be retrieved from the study center.  

 

 

 

Passing in every homework is mandatory.  The student who failed in the homework assignment has to rewrite the homework assignment of the student who failed in the homework assignment of that subject.  Each assignment needs to be prepared in a separate foolscap book. In each assignment it is necessary to write the question number along with the answer. 

 

 

 To prepare answers to the exercises as per the instructions given in the exercises.  0 Each student must complete the prescribed exercise tasks per five cycles and submit before the parallel examination.  After evaluating the homework given on the study center, the student returns from the study centers with the necessary compositions so that he can get useful guidance in the further course.

 

 

 

 

Planning of experimental works: Experimental works will be carried out in the secondary education-training colleges selected as schools and study centers.  As mentioned earlier, the practical courses include school-based as well as workshop-based practical tasks, practical work-based exercises and real class teaching.  

 

 

All these activities will be done in secondary school.  In addition, two experimental workshops will be conducted over a period of 24 days, i.e. 12 days per year during a two-year course.  Which the student will have to do.  The student will not be given any concession regarding attendance in the workshop.  These face-to-face face-to-face learning programs will be conducted at the place designated by the study center or university for the development of skills and abilities of the trainees.  

 

 

As this is a vocational course, a minimum of 80 percent attendance is required in contact classes as well as in the on-going education program.  The trainees will have to undertake 40 practical tasks and activities under the guidance of the school supervisor principal with the formal approval of the principal of the school institution for the development of teaching skills and abilities.  B.A.  The course will have 120 hours of experimental, 12 per consultation subject and the student will have to spend 120 hours of study time as contact time.
