Therefore, teachers need to understand that the importance of these qualities and skills is helpful in the overall development and study of children. When students have to work in a group, their background, new experiences, personal characteristics, interests and abilities contribute to the development of their individual and social qualities.
Personal and social abilities help students to become confident individuals who can make the right decisions in every area of their lives. Teachers and scholars can be instrumental in bringing about change in beliefs, feelings, ideological processes and behaviors so that the student can focus on his / her academic career and do his / her best in every aspect of personal as well as social life.
