            Unit test of standard-09 and 10.  The third unit test to be held from 28th September includes Gujarati for Std-09 (First and Second Language and Science and Mathematics and Social Science subjects for Std-10.  Dt: – The tests should reach the students by 25/09/2020. 

            The unit test syllabus will be till July and August. The subject and syllabus details are given in the enclosure. The unit will be organized on the basis of the textbook published by Gujarat State School Textbook Board.  One from the unit E-mail address of the office here to the District Education Officer

The unit test papers will be delivered to the official and confidential e-mall address on 23/09/2020 from the District Education Officer’s perfume unit E-mail address.  

            The password will be sent along with the password that is protected.  The District Education Officer will have to send the unit test question papers on 24/09/2020 to the official and confidential e-mail address of all vs / abs convenors of the district.  SVS / QDs Convener will have to send unit test question papers to the principals of all the private Granted Government Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools of their campus on 25/ 09/2020 at their official and confidential e-mail address. 

            Principal will have to deliver soft copy or hardy mo related question paper to all the students on 25/09/2020. District Education Officer will be posted on the official email address on 23/09/2020, unit test question paper will be posted on the Board’s website www.gseb.org on 25/09/2020.  So that the students can easily get the question papers.  

            The Principal will have to give necessary instructions to the students to write the answers of the unit test of both the subjects in a separate notebook made at their convenience by themselves by 05/10/2020, self-disciplined, from home under the supervision of the guardian.  

            The answers written by the student in the notebook should be delivered in soft copy or hard copy to the principal of the school by 05/10/2020.  Instruct the parent student to send a soft copy as soon as he / she can come to the school.
