Teacher-training is a thought-provoking task that results in a guideline for carrying out the task of teaching at a real level. This requires real school-learning as well as a variety of understanding and ability to study. The NCF 2005 position paper on teacher-training discusses this issue in depth and emphasizes the study method for adult students for teacher-training. (The weakest aspect in terms of teacher training is the shortage of professional teachers who prepare teachers. This is discussed in Chapter 4.)
There is a special need for thoughtful and analytical research reports on education. This work should be undertaken by various departments and research institutes of the university about the course or individual classrooms so that it can be included in the study material of the students undergoing training to become teachers.
