About Fit India Quiz 2022

To further propagate the message of Fit India Movement among the school children and strengthen its presence in schools, a Fit India Quiz has been envisioned to involve school children across the country. Fit India Quiz, while providing a national platform to students to showcase their knowledge about fitness and sports, also endeavors to create awareness among students about India’s rich sporting history, including centuries-old indigenous sports, our sporting heroes of the past and how traditional Indian lifestyle activities hold the key to a Fit Life for all.

Fit India Mission has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the preliminary round of the Fit India Quiz 2022 to NTA.

Matter of participating in Fit India Quiz. Congratulations on the above topic, to further the message of the Fit India Moment among school children and to increase its effectiveness in schools, the Fit India Quiz has been organized to involve school children from all over the country.

The Fit India Quiz seeks to raise awareness among students about the centuries-old indigenous sports, the heroes of our sport of the past and the history of traditional Indian sports, while providing a national platform for students to showcase their knowledge about health and sports.

Students of all government, grant aided as well as private secondary as well as higher secondary schools can be registered in this quiz and standard 8 students of upper primary department can also participate. To register for the quiz, the school must be registered on the Fit India website.

If the school is not registered then registration for the quiz will have to be done after registering the school first. A guide to the quiz is included, which is a request to encourage all schools in your district to take part in the quiz.
